Dave Hogan, Owner
Dave Hogan has known he wanted to be a builder his whole life. He has been in the industry since college and now has 30 years of experience under his belt. After founding 30A Builders, Dave has been building along the Emerald Coast ever since. Dave's attention to detail is second to none. Known for being a no-nonsense, straight-forward professional, he makes himself available to his clients and helps them throughout the building process.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys going to the beach with his wife Michelle and spending time with his grandchildren.
